• One survey may be completed per household per month.
• Purchase or Donation required.
• Please present coupon prior to purchase. No cash value. No cash or credit back. The coupon is valid for one-time use only, limit one coupon redemption per person, per day.
• Not valid at grand openings, on sale days or with any other coupon or discount.
• Not valid on new merchandise (red tags) or gift certificate purchases. Coupon value forfeited if item is returned.
• Survey must be completed within seven days of your visit.
• Upon completion of survey, coupon code will be provided.
• Coupon code valid for ninety days from date of visit.
• Employees and/or family members of Savers/Value Village/Unique Thrift/Valu Thrift/Village des Valeurs/2nd Avenue are not eligible to participate.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• Savers reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the survey and the coupon associated with completion of the survey, at any time for any reason.
